My outlook on being a Realtor is summed up in one word "SERVICE".  As a Buyers representative, I will work tirelessly for you in making sure that I help you find just what you are looking for in a home, condo, or business.  As a Sellers representative I make sure that any Buyers for your property come and see it.

I then begin the process of getting you what you want for the price you want to pay ( my negotiation skills are formidable).  Next, I tend to every portion of the closing process in order to get your property closed, not only home inspections, but keeping up with your Lender's, Lawyer/Title Co.'s progress, making sure repairs are completed and/or money escrowed and all applications, surveys, etc. are completed in a timely manner to ensure that your closing date is the date you close and your moving plans will be uninterupted by unforseen problems or oversites.
